The Ridgely’s Delight Association’s monthly meeting will be at 7 pm on Wednesday, January 7, upstairs at Section 771 (504 Washington Blvd). The agenda and remote login information will be posted on the community website as soon as they become available.

Disposing of your Christmas tree

’The Department of Public Works is offering free Christmas tree mulching services from Friday, Dec. 26, 2025, through Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026.

2840 Sisson St., Baltimore, MD 21211

When:
Monday–Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (with the exception of New Year's Day)

What to Know Before You Go:

Remove all ornaments, tinsel, lights, and decorations before arrival
Bring your own bags or containers if you would like to take mulch home.

Grown Up Field Trip: Game On

Game night for adults is back at the Maryland Science Center! Compete with and against your friends throughout the exhibits—beer in hand and kid-free. Take on a variety of games, including Mario Kart on our five-story IMAX screen, a life-size version of Hungry Hungry Hippos, Nintendo-themed mini golf, and more. Friday, January 23, from 7 to 10 pm. Free Martin Luther King Jr. Day Concert,

In partnership with the City of Baltimore and Mayor Brandon M. Scott, a free celebration and performance will honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., featuring music by celebrated Black composers and collaboration with the renowned Morgan State University Choir. The concert will be on Monday, Jan. 19, at 7 pm in the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. More information
