  1. Liability Insurance  
    Coverage for Board members estimate is $522 for 12 months. There was a question as to whether this will cover anybody acting in an official capacity for RDA. Nicole will forward the policy and a summary to the board.

  2. Board Business
    Billy will coordinate with Nicole to change the zoom account email address so that it is under president@ridgelysdelight.org instead of the previous president’s address
    Billy and Julia scheduled to meet shortly to go over the budget to nail down how much money we have to spend
    The Board needs to clarify how to use the ‘beautification fund’ and Nicole will put this on the agenda for an upcoming community meeting
    Many additional ideas as to how to beautify the neighborhood were discussed but nobody volunteered to take the lead on any of them

  3. ARC Update
    Paul continues to discuss with the city to get the brick wall on Russell repaired. Key is to nag incessantly.
    Oyster Factory work is progressing.
