  1. Liability Insurance  
    Sandy: no need for liability insurance for the mural project act Sandy will use her known company and grant money.

  2. Letter for BGE lawsuit
    There was discussion of the nature of the a neighbor’s lawsuit against BGE to request that the court rule that the land around the substation be declared public land due to adverse possession. The neighbor had requested a letter of support from Ridgely’s ARC which Paul R. had composed — the letter is in the record. The board voted to add (to the letter) that the community association concurs with the points in the letter.

  3. Board Open Discussion 

    • Discussion of fundraising ideas: ask Chris Conlon to run 50/50 drawing at Happy Hour; Neighborhood holiday gala; Paul suggests we lean in to things we have done in the past..

    • ​Billy will coordinate with Nicole and Julia to go over the budget, so we can know how much money remains.
