Conflict of Interest Statement – Nicole Dungee
Members of the Ridgely’s Delight Association must be free from inappropriate influences or from situations or relationships that have the potential to bias their actions. Accordingly, members are asked to identify, for consideration, any circumstances in which they have a relationship that could impair (or be perceived to impair) their impartiality with a given topic, or when a person’s duty to one group conflicts with their duty or responsibility to another. This could include having other interests or relationships, like decision-making authority with competing neighborhood organizations, financial interests, or any relationship that could be perceived to impair their judgment when acting on behalf of the Ridgely’s Delight Association. -

2025 Finance Report — Billy Hufnell
RDA balance is $17,828.34 which includes $10k form allocated project which has not yet been spent and will be spent in 2026. Of about $3700 allocated by the RDA for various projects in 2025, only about $1740 was spent. We need to do better on spending money in 2026 and the attendees made a number of good suggestions. To those who planned and executed the holiday party: Kudos and thanks! it was a GREAT party.

Public Announcements and Discussion
• Paul R. suggests we consider how to revive the Concert in the Park and/or Movie in the park that ended during covid shutdown. Group discussed logistics of this and agreed it would be welcome
• Nicole D. noted that residents may have received a letter from BG&E regarding plans to entrench a new transmission line from Greene St. to Port Covington substations. Information is unclear, but we can contact the BGE liaison Pam Correa-Brennan.
• Nicole and board members are concerned about threats of legal actions from community members regarding the accessibility of RDA community meetings. All complaints made to RDA president which are made in good faith will be brought to the community for action/decision. All meetings are accessible via Zoom, and in-person attendance is optional. RDA members are asked to look for and investigate feasibility of a new meeting place for monthly meetings. Any potential new meeting place(s) will be brought to the membership.
