    • Architectural Review (ARC): Paul R. and Sandy A
  3. Discussion about ARC
    North Ridgely’s Action Committee (https://northridgelysdelightac.blog/) has communicated with CHAP that they are representing North Ridgely’s Architectural Review. Board members considered the implications of this and confusion possible, especially for residents North of Washington who my have to communicate with two ARCs. Paul R. agreed to look into it with CHAP.
  4. Board meeting schedule
    The Board discussed the idea of moving the board meetings to occur before the Community meetings. No action was taken but there was informal agreement that this might be desirable.
  5. Nicole does not hate being President of RDA
