  1. Soirée Update – $803 profit.  Lindsey Chudzik was able to obtain great items for silent auction.

  2. Holiday Party – December 5, 2025 proposed.  Maia Tatinclaux to make arrangements with Tom/Pickles.

  3. ARC Committee – Oyster House finished brick restoration.  Pratt Street repairs were completed (painting still needed) and scaffolding removed.

  4. BGE Fencing – Nicole to put also check with Babe Ruth Museum on whether they support the fence.  She’ll review issue and write a letter per Community Meeting vote
