  1. Soirée Update – Ticket sales to be cut off day before, cannot buy tickets at door.  Not many tickets purchased yet – to promote as date comes closer.

  2. Community Award ($10,000) – Should be received shortly.

  3. Opportunity for “Large” project to be promoted by Mark Edelson, State Delegate.

  4. Board Nominations – reviewed current members, and noted what each person would like their role to be. We should all be members of the nominee committee, plus Sharon Reuter.

  5. Architectural Review Update – Progress on Oyster House and cornice issue with Pratt St building.

  6. Finance – we’re not being charged for printing of newsletter.
