1. Update on Finance Committee (Julia Lebherz)
a) budget made in November 2024 was presented, but tabled. Numbers are in
agreement, hard copy to be brought to each meeting.
b) Bylaws require financial review in June of each year. Financials to be reviewed at
May meeting for presentation at June meeting.
c) 2025 Budget to either be approved next month or spending can be approved by line
item.
2. Update on Maintenance Committee (Julia Dumont)
a) Initial focus on easier projects – spring cleanup, dumpster coming in March
b) How can My Fathers’ Plan assist?
3. Update on Architectural Committee (Paul Rubenson)
a) activity on roof of Oyster House
b) upcoming meeting on the repair of cornice on Pratt Street building – owners are
seeking variance. Cost to repair is high. Insurance does not cover because damage is from roof not being maintained. Building is on the market.
4. Nicole Dungee would like to find someone from Camden Yards to speak to community
